Job Summary
Pediatric home-health LPN needed to provide focused, one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes in Florida. You will work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver continuous, patient-centered care for pediatric patients requiring trach and vent support, ensuring safety and adherence to CDC guidelines. Responsibilities include delivering standard LPN nursing duties in a home-health setting, coordinating with RN oversight, following plans of care, maintaining patient relationships, and utilizing PPE; the role offers PTO, benefits, 401(k), weekly pay, on-call support, CEU opportunities, and a preceptor program.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active FloridaLPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
