Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, environmental orientation, medication administration, and treatments while encouraging self-care. Train staff and assist the director of nursing to ensure care aligns with resident treatment and service plans. Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations. Maintain infection control and safety procedures while reviewing and updating resident care documentation. Support dignity, privacy, and independence within a home-like environment.
