Train staff and assist the director of nursing while supporting resident dignity, privacy, and independence. Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, medication administration, treatments, and environmental orientation to encourage self-care. Ensure care aligns with resident treatment and service plans, review and update care documentation, and evaluate health emergencies per state regulations.
