Job Summary
Direct care for assigned patients in Med/Surg overnight/Nights settings under direction of a Registered Nurse, including IV therapy; collaborates with ancillary staff and multidisciplinary team; applies Nursing Process (data gathering, planning, evaluation) to patient care; adheres to professional responsibilities and maintains clinical knowledge; demonstrates strong communication, organizational and delegation skills; adapts to rapid changes on the unit and contributes to a high-quality patient experience; physical demands are described with exposure to blood and body fluids and potential hazardous materials; sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates; outpatient and remote work eligibility are location-dependent.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN License in the state of practice
- High School diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
