Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing skilled nursing care to patients in their place of residence on an intermittent basis, under physician orders and the plan of care, with supervision from a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include implementing the nursing care plan, administering nursing treatments and procedures, observing and reporting patient status, maintaining records, teaching patients and family members, coordinating with the health team, and ensuring aseptic technique. Requires SC LPN licensure and a SC driver’s license; day shift based in Home Health – Tuomey. Bonus eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Education - Completion of an LPN program recognized by the SC State Board of Nursing.
