License Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide clinical guidance, education, support, and nursing care to residents and their families while monitoring conditions and administering medications per physician orders. Accurately document all care, treatments, and observations in medical records, and protect residents and staff by adhering to infection prevention protocols. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and resolve care concerns. Requires a current Alabama LPN license, with Long Term Care or Rehab experience preferred.
