Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for day shift at Aventura at Oakwood in Springfield, OH. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting residents’ health, developing and implementing care plans, providing direct nursing care including wound and catheter care, collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, educating residents and families on health management, ensuring regulatory compliance, responding to emergencies, and assisting with training and supervising nursing assistants.
