Job Summary
License Owner to open and operate the Stranger Soccer business in Toronto. Responsibilities include bringing the Stranger Soccer brand to life in the assigned city, recruiting and leading a small central team (2-3 people) plus freelance game hosts, securing prime venue slots for Stranger Soccer games, executing creative sales and marketing to introduce customers to the platform, overseeing a schedule of games to ensure repeat participation, and leveraging HQ support from Singapore for operations and technology. The ideal candidate has a football passion, a business/management background with customer service experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a drive to own and scale the brand in the market.
