Job Summary
License Owner to open and operate Stranger Soccer in Mumbai. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and leading a small central team (2-3 people) plus freelance game hosts, securing prime venues to run Stranger Soccer games, and driving sales and marketing to introduce the platform to customers. Oversee game schedules and ensure strong customer experience, with support from Singapore HQ's operations and tech teams. Requires a passion for football, a business background in management/customer service, and an entrepreneurial mindset to own, drive, and scale the brand in the local market. Financial compensation will be proportional to performance and effectiveness.
