Job Summary
Deliver behavioral health and child welfare services to youth and families in school, community, and home settings to achieve identified goals. Maintain strict confidentiality while working independently or collaboratively within a team. Transport self or others and attend trainings or meetings using a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This role requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling with one year of related experience preferred. Candidates must be License Eligible by the State of Indiana as a Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist with a temporary license until active. Aspire Indiana Health serves Hoosiers of all ages with comprehensive whole health services, including primary medical care and recovery programs addressing social drivers like housing and employment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or other mental health related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education
- Must be License Eligible by the State of Indiana as a Social Worker (LSW), Mental Health Counselor (LMHCA) or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFTA)
- Must have temporary license until LSW, LMHCA or LMFTA becomes active
- Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license
- Must have current automobile insurance
- Must have a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
- Must have reliable transportation to transport self/others and to attend trainings and/or meetings

Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of related experience
- Prior experience with ages 3-18 in a school setting
- Community Mental Health experience
- Must be knowledgeable of school and social service systems, special education, child welfare and/or juvenile probation systems and community resources
