Licenced Practicel Nurse LPN Family Medicine

LPN position in Banner Health Center – Raintree (Scottsdale, AZ) focused on primary care clinic nursing. Provides nursing care under supervision, contributes to care plans, administers delegated interventions per physician orders and nursing plan of care, documents patient data, and communicates with the interdisciplinary team. Emphasizes patient assessment, plan of care, discharge planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure in the state, and BLS certification. Five 8-hour shifts per week with potential for four 10-hour shifts; opportunity to work closely with medical staff to create a positive patient experience.
