Job Summary
Support the effective operation and ongoing improvement of library systems and digital platforms by contributing to system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and user support. Collect, analyze, and report data from Library systems and applications to drive workflow improvements and maximize technology value. Create and maintain user documentation while providing direct support to staff and researchers. This role reports to the Library Systems Coordinator within Library Services, collaborating with Shared Services and IMTS to deliver reliable technology solutions that enhance the experience of students, researchers, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and technical aptitude working with digital systems, applications and technology platforms
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Experience assisting with system analysis activities, including data gathering, testing and documenting outcomes to support continuous improvement
- A willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to improving services for users
- Valid Australian work rights
