Job Summary
Library & Information Science Specialist to support the design and documentation of a scalable archiving framework for game art and related assets. Responsibilities include implementing metadata standards, taxonomies, and controlled vocabulary; organizing existing assets; developing asset lifecycle/workflow recommendations; documenting archival best practices and intake processes; and collaborating with creative, legal, and production stakeholders. This is a contingent, contract assignment through an external staffing agency (Workwell) for Wizards of the Coast via a W2 arrangement, with hybrid work supported at Renton, WA. Duration is 3 months with potential extension, compensation ranging from $25–$32/hour.
