Job Summary
Provide library services to students, faculty, and community members through reference, cataloging, inter-library loan, collection development, and circulation management. Supervise staff and lead program accreditation efforts while instructing users on library resources and information literacy. Manage technical services, acquisitions, and participation in convocation ceremonies and evening committee meetings. This tenure-track position at CT State Three Rivers supports the college's learning mission with a focus on equity and anti-racist practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Library Science
- one (1) or more years of related experience
- up to two years of experience in leading or supervising others

- Demonstrated program management skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Three (3) years experience working in an academic library setting
- Experience supervising faculty or staff
- Experience directing program accreditation or certification efforts
- Experience using the integrated library system Alma/Primo from ExLibris
- Experience using a learning management system
- Experience training or teaching in online environments
