Librarian

Librarian to operate and supervise the Media Center, design and implement information-literacy instruction, manage resources and records, collaborate with educators to support the curriculum, and supervise Library Assistants and volunteers. Responsibilities include planning and evaluating the media program, adhering to policies and reporting duties (budget, inventory), facilitating access to information and instructional technologies, developing and maintaining a robust library collection aligned with educational needs, and staying current in the field through professional development. The role requires promoting literacy and information access, assisting teachers with information resources, and publicizing available services to the school community.
