Provide professional reference and information services to patrons of all ages, assisting them in locating, evaluating, and using print, digital, and online resources while resolving concerns in a customer-focused manner. Plan, coordinate, and conduct educational, cultural, and recreational programs for children, teens, and adults, supporting literacy initiatives and community outreach activities. Manage collection development by selecting, evaluating, and deselecting materials, maintaining knowledge of publishing trends, and assisting with cataloging and processing library collections. Oversee technology services by investigating new methods, implementing tools that enhance services, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training to staff and patrons on digital resources. Assist with circulation functions, maintain accurate records and reports, participate in grant writing, and ensure compliance with library, City, and state laws.
