Liaison Psychiatrist

Job Summary
Consultation-liaison psychiatry for St. Joseph’s Hospital Medical Center: provide inpatient and consultive psychiatric services across ED, ICU, medical-psychiatric unit, and neurorehabilitation. Work five days per week with one weekend per month of rounding, plus an academic appointment commensurate with experience at Creighton University School of Medicine. Includes sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a fully funded pension. Requires BC/BE in Psychiatry with potential subspecialty in CL psychiatry, brain injury medicine, or neuropsychiatry and eligibility for Arizona medical licensure. Services include collaboration within a multidisciplinary team at a Level I trauma center and opportunities for care of complex neuropsychiatric patients at SJHMC and Barrow Neurological Institute.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE in Psychiatry (ideally with additional certification/eligibility in consultation-liaison psychiatry, brain injury medicine, or neuropsychiatry)
- Must have or be eligible for Arizona state medical licensure
