Liaison Officer for Mozambique

GCF Liaison Officer based in Maputo, Mozambique will act as the primary liaison between the GCF Secretariat and the Republic of Mozambique's NDA, coordinating readiness activities, developing concept notes and funding proposals with NDA and stakeholders, and facilitating country programming, accreditation, and reporting. The role involves stakeholder engagement with ministries, the private sector, development partners and civil society; assisting with FMCA completion, adaptive management requests, midterm reviews, and country portfolio reporting; requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of experience in climate investment or related fields, and fluency in English with Portuguese desirable. The assignment is a consultancy, up to 180 working days, based in Maputo with an in-person presence; daily rate USD 393.
