Job Summary
Liaison between the Office of the Managing Director and Area Commanders with County Advisory Organizations; provides administrative support, coordination for meetings and activities of Advisory Organizations; maintains records, databases, and prepares Board/Council materials, minutes, and documentation; schedules Monthly Advisory Organizations meetings and coordinates with Executive Liaison to prepare for meetings; maintains open communication with Corps Officers and Area Command staff; coordinates with other departments for Advisory Board/Council participation; processes mail and prioritizes items; supports research and reports requested for advisory activities; duties performed in accordance with the organization’s ministry and Christian principles; requires an Associate’s degree and four years of administrative experience; office-based role with in-person work in Dallas, TX; ability to read/write English effectively; light physical requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field
- Four years of progressively responsible administrative experience with interaction with high-level Board/Council members
- Valid State Driver's License
