Liability Claims Adjuster – Trucking, Product & Premises Liability

Investigate, evaluate, and adjust liability claims from assignment through resolution for trucking, product, and premises liability exposures. Conduct thorough investigations to evaluate coverage, damages, and exposure, then establish and maintain reserves based on claim development. Review medical records, bills, and legal documentation to negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and authorized representatives. Coordinate with defense counsel and vendors as needed, manage litigated files, and identify subrogation opportunities. Prepare claim reports, reserve recommendations, and client communications while maintaining timely diary management and ensuring compliance with Corporate Claim Standards. This role handles moderate to high complexity cases across multiple jurisdictions, requiring strong analytical and negotiation skills.
