Job Summary
Liability Claims Adjuster Trainee responsibilities include intake, collection, review, and organization of accident/incident reports and opening claims as needed, reporting claims under client policies, ensuring documents needed for adjudication are provided, generating reports/loss runs from Davies’ system, handling calls from third parties, logging recoveries, and assisting with other admin duties to support the client’s property and casualty program. This on-site role at the client’s main office in Orlando requires excellent customer service and professional communication, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong organization and detail-orientation, fast multitasking, and the ability to work across multiple systems. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Required Qualifications
- On-site liaison for Davies’ claims operations
- Excellent customer service and professional communication (verbal and written)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with good judgment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent typing/PC skills (40+ wpm)
- Bilingual - Spanish/English preferred
- Maintain accurate documentation in the claims management system and other data storage systems
- Ability to function in multiple systems and adhere to policies
- Ability to generate reports/loss runs and assist with other administrative duties as assigned
