Job Summary
Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency, diagnosing and maintaining vehicle systems including suspension, brakes, tires, and engine components. Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues, then communicate directly with the Service Advisor for customer estimates and additional service needs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications while utilizing special equipment like alignment racks and tire balancing machines. Maintain a clean and valid driver's license to service vehicles safely.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Service Technician experience
- Experience performing preventative and light duty maintenance
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
- Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair experience
- NYS Inspection certification
- ASE Certification
