Job Summary
Answer incoming phone calls, manage rental transactions, inspect vehicles, and input customer data into the dealership management system. Maintain superior customer service skills with follow-up capabilities while communicating via phone, email, text, and face-to-face interactions. Operate with a valid driver's license and computer literacy, responding effectively to management direction and contributing to individual and department goals. Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays is required. This role supports the Automotive Rental Department at one of the top 100 automotive groups in the country, which also offers full-body repair services and diverse brands including Honda, Toyota, and Hyundai.
