Job Summary
Dispatch and manage technician schedules by distributing work efficiently and ensuring daily inventory is consistently sold to service customers. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to carry out additional assignments that leave a positive impression with the customer and assure they do not get mishandled. Take ownership of the customer's experience by addressing inquiries promptly in a fast-paced environment. This role is part of the Lia Auto Group, one of the top 100 automotive groups in the country, which offers development opportunities and a safety-conscious work environment.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license
