Job Summary
Oversee the Drive Lane flow to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from technicians. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person. Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers and distribute work between technicians efficiently. This role requires excellent customer service skills, basic computer skills, and a clean, valid driver's license. Compensation ranges from $70K to $100K based on production and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
