Job Summary
Take payments from service and parts customers, close repair orders and parts tickets in the accounting system, and compile and balance daily parts and service deposits. Receipt for customer deposits in the sales department, answer service phones, and make service appointments while assisting customers as needed. Maintain a professional appearance with excellent communication skills and meet daily deadlines. Must work evenings and Saturdays with a valid driver's license. A college degree or dealership experience is preferred.
