Job Summary
Lead daily parts department operations by managing inventory levels, stocking strategy, and obsolescence control while driving wholesale growth and developing new account relationships. Improve department profitability and operational efficiency through accurate pricing, receiving, and inventory processes, and monitor key performance indicators and financial statements. Hire, train, and coach team members while maintaining strong relationships with service, sales, and wholesale customers. Collaborate with dealership leadership to achieve growth objectives. This role requires a clean and valid driver's license and five years of automotive parts experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of automotive parts experience
- Strong understanding of inventory management and controls
- Experience with wholesale parts operations
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities

- Clean and Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience preferred
- Franchise dealership experience preferred
- Experience growing wholesale business preferred
- Understanding of department financial statements and KPIs preferred
- CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar DMS experience preferred
