Job Summary
Safely transport waste products between operational sites, adhering to all Health & Safety procedures while maintaining compliance with Anglian Water's standards. Collaborate with central Operational Logistics teams and local site managers to deliver sewage-related by-products to destinations including treatment works, farmers' fields, and energy generation centres. Perform manual tasks involving lifting and sorting waste materials, including work at height requiring three points of contact when on ladders. Maintain a valid Class C & E license, completed CPC, and a clean driving record. Work a rotating twin shift pattern involving early or late shifts, Monday through Saturday or Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LGV driver's license with relevant endorsements-Class 1 Driving Licence ( C & E)
- Fully completed CPC
- A hands-on attitude
- Reliable and Safe: A solid driving record with the ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
- A Team Player
- A passion for sustainability and waste management
- Good communication and a polite attitude
- Ability to work at height without restrictions
- Ability to maintain three points of contact when on a ladder
- Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing prior to employment
- Willingness to undergo random testing throughout employment
- Ability to lift and sort waste materials
