Job Summary
Update critical terms of master agreements (ISDA, CSA, repurchase, and stock lending) in the firm's database and generate management reports. Respond to queries from business and legal teams regarding financial agreements, analyze clauses to advise on terms, and review constitutional documents to identify entity types and netting capabilities. Draft notices for mini-close-outs and amendments for money managers while identifying efficiency improvements for technology initiatives. Delegate tasks within the team, supervise work, and maintain proactive relationships with regional stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure accurate tracking of executed agreements.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years in the finance industry
- derivatives background on swap, repurchase and stock lending master agreements
- analysis of Legal opinions and nettings
- Graduate
- Paralegal
- Excellent analytical skills
