Job Summary
Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute blocks via a HIPAA-compliant platform, completing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Deliver input on strategies and services to support diverse populations while maintaining a high-speed internet connection and a secure remote space for sessions. Manage a caseload of approximately 30 client sessions weekly, with flexibility for part-time roles requiring a minimum of seven sessions per week. You will contribute to company growth and operate within a diverse, creative team offering outpatient counseling across Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia
- Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
- Clinical licenses in multiple states (encouraged)
- Experience working with diverse populations
- High-speed internet access
- HIPAA protected space to use on a consistent basis for sessions
- Comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth
- Full-time availability (minimum of 7 sessions per week)
- Ability to provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute blocks
- Ability to complete Assessments
- Ability to complete Treatment Plans
- Ability to complete Progress Notes
- Ability to provide input about the best strategies, techniques, and services to offer to help as many people as possible
