Job Summary
Oversee LG's presence in assigned retail locations by optimizing product placement, managing store relationships, and executing weekly visit plans based on data analysis. Drive sales growth through in-store training, demo days, and assisted-selling hours while troubleshooting display issues and resolving level 1 problems. Represent LG and BDS Connected Solutions professionally, compile competitive insights, and meet or exceed sales targets and market share goals. Travel daily within the territory, visiting approximately three stores per day, with a requirement to work varying schedules including nights and weekends. Adhere to pre-determined budgets and policies while completing all required reporting on store tasks and field training activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business
- 3+ years' experience selling in the retail channel
- Experience selling home entertainment
- Training experience
- Project management experience
- Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory and approximately 15% of the time outside of the market
- Working knowledge of retail business, execution, and products
- Strong sales analytical skills, including data analysis, planning, and influencing skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members
- Self-driven with the ability to complete multiple store visits daily
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, effectively manage conflicting priorities, and meet established deadlines
- Ability and willingness to work varying schedules based on client needs, including nights and weekends, as needed
- Professional in demeanor, dress, and behavior at all times
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related computer hardware and software
- Lift 50lbs with the ability to move, install, and/or set up products as needed in stores or for special events and training
- Drive/provide transportation to travel among 3 stores per day
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
