Job Summary
Execute strategic territory and in-store action plans to drive sales growth, market share, and sell-out performance. Build collaborative relationships with retail leadership and store associates to strengthen brand advocacy, while leading product training and identifying regional development opportunities. Champion brand excellence by ensuring displays are visually compelling, properly merchandised, and supported by accurate pricing and materials. Act as a trusted business partner by proactively resolving retailer issues, delivering exceptional service, and following up to capitalize on new opportunities. Capture and communicate key sales data, competitive insights, and market trends through Salesforce to inform strategy. Support and execute marketing programs that elevate brand awareness across the territory while maintaining top-level LG training certification.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail sales experience
- Retail home appliances, home electronics, or home technology experience
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to drive sales and brand awareness
