Job Summary
Pick guests' orders based on operational guidelines, staging and carrying them while properly greeting and reviewing each transaction. Effectively and safely handle, bag, and load orders, recording any variances on the guest pick list. Maintain the LFTG station and equipment, perform basic hardware and software maintenance, and communicate service issues to support resources. Assist with in-store promotions, community marketing, and general guest service including locating products and cleaning. Work efficiently to support the company's fastest-growing sales channel while building relationships with guests.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, energetic, genuine, and outgoing personality
- Strong people skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely
- Ability to work well with others, especially those with differing personalities and viewpoints
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to read and understand information and take direction
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to effectively communicate with, and take direction from supervision
- Ability to work well with (or learn how work well with) computers, handheld Android/iOS devices and Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to do basic troubleshooting for systems and/or mechanical issues, with the assistance of our Guest Service team
