Job Summary
Pick guests' orders based on operational guidelines, staging and carrying them out while properly greeting and reviewing each order. Genuinely interact with guests to understand their needs, record variances on pick lists, and safely handle, bag, and load orders. Maintain the LFTG station and equipment, perform basic hardware troubleshooting, and communicate service issues to support resources. Conduct in-store promotions, assist with community marketing, and provide ad-hoc guest service including locating products and cleaning. Work efficiently with handheld devices and Microsoft Office to transmit data as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, energetic, genuine, and outgoing personality
- Strong people skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely
- Ability to work well with others, especially those with differing personalities and viewpoints
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to read and understand information and take direction
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to effectively communicate with, and take direction from supervision
- Ability to work well with (or learn how work well with) computers, handheld Android/iOS devices and Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to do basic troubleshooting for systems and/or mechanical issues, with the assistance of our Guest Service team
