Job Summary
Pick guest orders based on operational guidelines, staging and carrying them while properly greeting and reviewing each item. Bag, load, and record any variances on the pick list, then transmit data as scheduled. Maintain the LFTG station and equipment, perform basic hardware troubleshooting, and assist with in-store promotions and community marketing. Interact with guests in a genuine, fun manner to build relationships and understand their preferences. Provide additional guest service as needed, including locating products and cleaning, while communicating any service issues to support resources.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, energetic, genuine, and outgoing personality
- Strong people skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely
- Ability to work well with others, especially those with differing personalities and viewpoints
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to read and understand information and take direction
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to effectively communicate with, and take direction from supervision
- Ability to work well with (or learn how work well with) computers, handheld Android/iOS devices and Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to do basic troubleshooting for systems and/or mechanical issues, with the assistance of our Guest Service team
