Job Summary
Operate production equipment for packaging, labeling, and solution manufacture processes within the LFA Product Line. Prepare formula-locked reagents and general-use laboratory buffers, then package and label work-in-progress materials. Kit and label finished goods while maintaining accurate records in the ERP system. Perform minor equipment and process troubleshooting, and assist with validations at the manager's discretion. Generate ideas to improve processes and product quality while complying with all internal and external quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-1 years related experience
- Ability to perform minor troubleshooting
- Good teamwork, professional behavior, and effective communication skills
- Must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in an ISO 14971, ISO 13485, and/or FDA regulated environment
- Experience working in a laboratory and use of general lab equipment
