Job Summary
Conduct engaging in-home presentations and product demonstrations for pre-qualified homeowners, presenting custom quotes to guide clients toward same-day decisions. Travel from your residence to company-generated appointments, adhering to a value-based sales process rooted in honesty and integrity. Attend ongoing training and regular sales meetings while performing other duties as assigned. This role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel up to two hours daily, and the ability to lift 20–60 lbs. Compensation includes an uncapped commission structure with prior licensed reps eligible for a $5,000 onboarding incentive paid in milestone-based installments. Evening and weekend availability is required for flexible weekly scheduling.
