Job Summary
Part-time Customer Service Representative at the Lakeview Fitness Center. Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking in members and guests, registering for memberships, programs, and events using registration software, renewing memberships, processing payments and receipts, handling daily deposits, promoting programs and services, providing tours, maintaining front desk cleanliness and organization, performing light facility cleaning and safety checks, and acting as Manager on Duty during nights and weekend shifts. Requires strong customer service and communication, good math and cash handling abilities, professional appearance, CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and peak registration times.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age

- ability to communicate effectively with staff and public
- good math skills
- follow through on detailed work
- solid computer and keyboard skills
- cash handling experience preferred
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to complete CPR/AED training within 60 days
