Job Summary
Service Advisor at Lexus of Clearwater acts as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers, explains technicians’ recommendations in easy-to-understand language, and suggests upsell opportunities to keep drivers safe. Responsibilities include setting and preparing appointments, meeting sales and CSI targets, greeting customers, determining vehicle needs via walk-around and test drives, using a consultative selling process for ongoing maintenance planning, producing repair orders with estimates, coordinating with technicians and parts to ensure timely completion, following up with customers about status and satisfaction, and gaining product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty. Must have high school diploma or equivalent and a valid in-state driver’s license; prior sales experience is preferred but not required, with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
