Job Summary
Levi's SPRZEDAWCA (sales associate) - part-time in Designer Outlet, Gdańsk. You’ll build genuine connections with customers, deliver 1:1 styling advice, maintain stock and fittings areas, and support tills and store operations. Responsibilities include explaining product knowledge to inspire confidence, maintaining strong visual merchandising and store presentation, and contributing with the team to reach sales goals while ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Requires a love for helping people express themselves through style, strong communication, adaptability, and a customer-service orientation. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is expected. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not essential, and you’ll join a brand-focused environment that emphasizes authentic service and Levi’s values.
