Job Summary
Implement The 3C's of Success by connecting with customers, consulting on product needs, and closing sales to meet daily performance goals. Demonstrate product knowledge of Levi's® and LS&Co. heritage while maintaining store appearance, executing visual presentation standards, and ensuring cash handling compliance. Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, merchandise pricing, and physical inventory cycle counts. Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs. Work flexible evening and weekend shifts requiring the ability to lift 40 pounds and perform constant standing and bending.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes
- Impeccable communication skills across all channels with an ability to get the message across over IM, email, phone, text, smoke signals, Morse code and carrier pigeon - all at the same instance
- Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly
- Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS & Co.
