Job Summary
Conduct client discovery, communicate educational program standards, and assess rules, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to the customer situation. Identify customer goals, assess leverage positions, and forecast budgets to meet objectives. Evaluate reliability of means to achieve goals and build growth plans using leveraged positions. Understand and assess appraisal and asset sources while applying MLO license, underwriter certifications, and various underwriting endorsements. Ensure compliance with FHA Direct, VA SAR, USDA, and Conventional requirements. Manage virtual currency certification and leverageability risks.
Required Qualifications
- College Level Algebra or testing equivalent
- College Level Business Writing or testing equivalent
- MLO License
- Underwriter Certifications
- FHA Direct Endorsement CHUMS ID
- VA SAR and Automatic Underwriting
- USDA Underwriting
- Conventional Underwriting
- Virtual Currency Certification
- Understanding Virtual Currencies
- Overcoming the Last Mile Problem
- Leveragability and risk of Virtual Currency
- Establishing Utility in a Circular Economy
