Job Summary
Level Sander responsibilities include prepping guitar surfaces for final lacquer by leveling the original seven coats of lacquer with fine grit sandpaper, using a light touch to avoid defects that could be magnified by additional coats. After training (3 weeks), expected to sand 4-6 guitars per hour, roughly 30 guitars in an 8 hour shift, while meeting quality standards and production requirements. Must learn and execute SOPs, maintain product flow, adhere to 5S and safety protocols, and work as part of a team with strong attention to detail, time management, and effective communication.

- Must be able to lift 10lbs
- Able to work on their feet for the entire shift
- Must be available for overtime and occasional Saturday’s
- Develop a strong understanding of the models
- Must be able to lift, move, and level sand a guitar in an average of 10 minutes
