Job Summary
Secretary to the Principal for Churchill High School (12-month). Supports the principal with administrative operations including correspondence, production of in-house programs and handouts, biweekly payroll, notices and announcements, parent reminders, managing the school website and calendar, maintaining student and staff files, and coordinating school events. Responsibilities also include maintaining filing systems and confidential records, processing forms (field trips, conferences), coordinating and distributing documents for events, arranging substitutes, and assisting with publications for school events. Requires strong verbal and written communication, professionalism, confidentiality, and proficiency with PC-based Microsoft applications, Google Docs, FileMaker Pro, and Adobe. Demonstrated organizational skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset are essential.
