Level II NDT Technician

Job Summary
TEAM, Inc. seeks a certified NDT/NDE Technician to conduct Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection services at client sites. The role requires proper certification and familiarity with NDT methods such as RT, MT, PT, UT, and VT. Primary responsibilities include performing tests, documenting results, supervising assistants, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Previous experience in industrial settings and safety certifications such as TWIC and OSHA are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening background check.
- Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
- Ability to provide relevant documentation in support of obtaining one or multiple Team Level II Qualifications/Certifications in accordance with Team’s written practice and certification schema.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate results to peers, clients, and supervisors.
- Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments including confined spaces, elevated work areas, and extreme weather.
- Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset.
Desired Qualifications
- Multiple NDT Level II certifications or ASNT/PCN/CGSB equivalencies.
- API 510/570/653, CWI, AMPP or other advanced certifications.
- Radiation Safety Training / IRRSP or State Industrial Radiographer Card (if applicable to RT).
- Familiarity with digital reporting systems or NDT data software.
- Prior experience working in refineries, petrochemical plants, pipeline projects, or fabrication shops.
- Current TWIC, OSHA 10/30, or other industry-standard safety certifications.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Ability to maintain focus and multitask with effective communication skills.
