Job Summary
Conduct vibration testing programs for various equipment in facilities while reviewing customer specifications and performing data collection activities. Maintain accurate records of all testing and strictly follow internal QA policies to meet deadlines and workload requirements. Collaborate with Reliability Engineering teams to deliver assurance through precise technical services for clients in manufacturing, power generation, aerospace, medical, and defense sectors. This full-time role in Sacramento, CA, requires Level II/III IR/UE/MCE certification, proficiency with Emonitor Vibration Software, and the ability to work shifts up to 12 hours daily with travel to surrounding states.
Required Qualifications
- Level II/III IR(Infrared Thermography) certification
- Level II/III UE (Ultrasound Emission) certification
- Level II/III MCE (Motor Circuit Evaluation) certification
- Good mechanical skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel in Sacramento area
- Proficient with computers
- Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection
- Must be able to work from heights on scaffolding, ladders, elevated platforms, man-baskets, etc.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces which will require crawling, stooping, climbing, etc.
- Must be able to work around operating equipment and industrial environments
- Must be able to work with radiation and hazardous materials such as cleaners, penetrants, film developing chemicals, etc.
- Must be able to work shifts up to 12 hours/day and 7 days/week and travel for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry 100 pounds
- Ability to learn and comply with all company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylum seeker)

- Offline Motor Testing experience
