Job Summary
Conduct vibration testing programs for a variety of equipment in facilities while reviewing customer specifications and keeping accurate records of all testing. Perform data collection activities as directed and strictly follow internal QA policies to meet deadlines and workload requirements. Interface with clients as part of the service organization, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a quality-driven environment. This full-time role involves working with Reliability Engineering teams, potentially traveling to surrounding states and working shifts up to 12 hours per day for seven days a week. The position requires Level II/III IR/UE/MCE certification and the capacity to handle fast-changing priorities in an industrial setting.
Required Qualifications
- Level II/III IR(Infrared Thermography) certification
- Level II/III UE (Ultrasound Emission) certification
- Level II/III MCE (Motor Circuit Evaluation) certification
- Good mechanical skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel in Sacramento area
- Proficient with computers
- Great communication skills

- Ability to work from heights on scaffolding, ladders, elevated platforms, man-baskets, etc.
- Ability to work in confined spaces which will require crawling, stooping, climbing, etc.
- Ability to work around operating equipment and industrial environments
- Ability to work with radiation and hazardous materials such as cleaners, penetrants, film developing chemicals, etc.
- Work shifts up to 12 hours/day and 7 days/week
- Ability to travel for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Offline Motor Testing experience
- Experience with Emonitor Vibration Software
