Job Summary
Assemble sheet metal products based on specifications and blueprints, utilizing hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and joining materials. Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate construction, while collaborating with electrical and plumbing trades for seamless project execution. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and troubleshooting installation issues. Requires a registered Level 4 Sheet Metal Apprentice, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle. Join the Cardinal Mechanical team to contribute to property projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to sheet metal work
- Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across various trades
- A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle to get to job sites
- Be a registered level 4 Sheet Metal Apprentice
Desired Qualifications
