Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, balanced early years education and care in a safe, stimulating environment while adhering to Banana Moon policies, legislative requirements, and the education curriculum. Act as a named co-ordinator for designated skills or training areas and support continuous professional development through brand training and head office programs. Engage with the local community to market the nursery and provide excellent customer care, ensuring parents entrust their children to a caring, family-friendly setting. Work flexible hours between 07:30am and 6:30pm on an ad hoc basis.
