Job Summary

Financial Secretary/Office Professional Level 3 for USD 383 at Ogden Elementary seeks a courteous, detail-oriented office professional to manage the operations of the school office. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, maintaining student attendance and parent communication, updating enrollment numbers and classroom counts, keeping staff records (key cards/keys), assisting with transportation requests and maintenance work orders, updating appointment schedules and staff files, preparing Purchase Order requests and following through with orders, maintaining payroll/timeclock adjustments for staff, attending necessary trainings, managing substitute requests and scheduling, and knowledge of school accounts and spending. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency with productivity tools and Microsoft Office, ability to interact professionally with the public, and the ability to adhere to district policies. Roles include both full-time and part-time opportunities with varying school-day hours and benefits; background check required.
